It's Never Too Late to Begin Again

Right after my divorce, with a newly empty nest, I was sitting on a plane when the man next to me asked a simple question:

"What do you want?"

I answered, "I don't know."

Then he said something I'll never forget:

"All I know is, if you don't know what you want, you're never going to get it."

For much of my life, I was busy doing what many women do: raising a family, supporting others, building a business with my husband, and putting myself and my own dreams on hold.

Then life changed.

I found myself navigating divorce in my 50s, becoming an empty nester, rebuilding my finances, changing careers, and asking some big questions:

• Who am I now?

• What do I want the next chapter of my life to look like?

• Is it too late to create something different?

Most importantly:

What do I want?

What I discovered is that some of life's most meaningful chapters begin after the ones we never expected to end.

During that season, I began leaning heavily on my future self, the woman I wanted to become. She became my source of hope, clarity, and courage when I couldn't yet see the path ahead.

Instead of focusing on where I was, I learned to focus on who I was becoming.

Today, at 60, I'm building my dream home by the beach, traveling the world, coaching women, and creating a life that feels more aligned than ever.

That's why this work means so much to me.
